My favourite forms of exercise?

What is your favorite form of physical exercise?

My favourite types of exercise are swimming and horse riding. I also would like to try aqua aerobics. I can’t do high impact exercises like aerobics and jogging and running because I get a lot of pain in my left hip and my knees become inflamed from jogging and aerobics.

I used to do yoga and tai chi and I would like to start doing those again as well.
